Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms define the conditions of Mix My Crypto use. By using the Mix My Crypto service, visiting the website, or sending cryptocurrencies anonymously, you signify your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms.

1. Cryptocurrencies and Mix My Crypto

Additional cryptocurrencies may be added in the future. These Terms apply to all current and future coins supported by Mix My Crypto.

1.2 Operation of the Service

Our Service does not send, receive, or hold cryptocurrencies on your behalf. We organize the interaction between your wallets and recipient addresses according to the parameters you provide. Once a cryptocurrency network (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or others) recognizes your transaction, the information is transmitted according to the blockchain protocol, not by Mix My Crypto.

The Service cannot reverse transactions or recover cryptocurrencies once sent.

1.3 Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency networks are decentralized and involve risks, including, but not limited to:

• Network delays, unconfirmed transactions, or lost funds due to blockchain conditions.
• Security risks beyond our control.
• Loss of access due to mismanaged wallets or private keys.

Mix My Crypto is not responsible for lost funds, lost profits, or network delays.

1.4 Service Workflow

The Service generates deposit addresses for you and transfers cryptocurrency to the recipient address non-publicly. Mix My Crypto is not responsible for:

• Sending cryptocurrency to incorrect addresses
• Transaction delays or unconfirmed transactions
• Any operations outside the scope described on our website or in these Terms

1.5 Wallet Security and Passwords

Mix My Crypto has no access to your wallets or private keys. You are solely responsible for wallet security, passwords, and safeguarding access credentials.

1.6 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old, or of the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction, to use Mix My Crypto.

1.7 Taxes

Users are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes arising from cryptocurrency transactions. Mix My Crypto does not provide tax advice.

2. Service Use
