5. Description Of Services

5.1 Nature Of The Service

Mix My Crypto provides cryptocurrency transaction coordination and privacy-enhancing services using established blockchain privacy techniques (including, but not limited to, CoinJoin-style coordination and Ethereum-compatible privacy methods).

The Service:

• Does not require account registration
• Temporarily coordinates transactions strictly for the purpose of completing a mixing operation
• Does not retain custody of user funds beyond the technical execution of the transaction

5.2 Transaction Processing

Depending on transaction size and configuration:

• Smaller transactions may be processed through prepared liquidity pools
• Larger transactions may be included directly in coordinated privacy-enhancing transactions

Both methods provide comparable privacy protections. Processing times may vary based on user-selected parameters such as delay.

5.3 Fees

A randomly generated mixing fee (typically 0.1%–0.5%) is automatically deducted from the submitted transaction.

Network transaction fees are determined by the underlying blockchain and are not controlled by Mix My Crypto.

We reserve the right to adjust fees with at least 14 days’ notice, or to waive fees at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in connection with illegal activity.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sale or distribution of controlled substances
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Intellectual property infringement
• Fraud, scams, Ponzi or pyramid schemes
• Transactions involving unlawful disclosure of personal data
• Any activity prohibited under applicable law

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
• Gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with Service operation

We may cooperate with lawful investigations when required by a final court order or regulatory decision.
